A floor of independent modules
WaveFloor modular reclaim system
01 / The principle
Gravity starts it. Waves finish it.
WaveFloor works with gravity, sending controlled waves through the material from the discharge up the slope. Sensors detect when a floor zone clears and activate modules in sequence, helping empty the vessel while isolating operating forces from its structure.

01 / Gravity flow
Gravity carries the free-flowing product.
Product naturally moves down the sloped floor toward the discharge. No sweep arm is needed to chase the final layers.

Energy use vs. alternatives*
*Floor slope and performance depend on product and system design. WaveFloor technical data indicates energy use up to five times lower than alternative systems for the same product volume and discharge rate. Confirm project-specific performance during engineering.
02 / Materials & markets
One system. Many materials.
WaveFloor systems are designed around the bulk material and its storage application. Select an industry to explore example products.
WaveFloor applications
Biomass
Support dependable discharge at power generation sites and harbor terminals where rate and product integrity matter.
The modular reclaim floor is configured to the storage shape, site conditions, and flow characteristics of the material.

04 / Designed around you
Engineered to fit. Supported end to end.
From mechanical and electrical design through manufacturing, shipping, installation supervision, commissioning, training, and system monitoring, WaveFloor works with each customer throughout the project.
Transfers controlled wave action into the material layer at the base of the pile.
02
Wave-drive unit
Supplies controlled energy when a zone calls for reclaim.
03
Rigid, sealed chassis
Forms an independent building block for the floor.
05 / Built for confidence
Performance with peace of mind.
A robust, fully modular design supports safe operation, efficient unloading, and product integrity across a wide range of storage geometries.
01
High discharge rates
Designed for large storage and short cycle operations.
02
Complete emptying
A clean silo without a separate clean-out step.
03
Protects the structure
Spring-mounted drive units help isolate operating forces from the vessel.
04
Preserves product
No mechanical effort on the stored material; reduced dust.
05
Low energy demand
Gravity and efficient electric drives work together.
06
Modular redundancy
Independent units keep reclaim possible if a module stops.
WaveFloor incorporates patented reclaim technology developed over decades and continues to evolve. Systems are available for a wide range of applications, including ATEX zone 20 where specified.
No one needs to enter the vessel to finish the normal reclaim cycle.
WaveFloor automates the reclaim sequence to help remove routine manual clean-out inside a silo or container. Fewer planned entries mean fewer confined-space exposures, less manual intervention, and a system designed for low-maintenance operation.
Zero-entry refers to standard reclaim operation and does not replace site-specific confined-space, lockout/tagout, inspection, or maintenance procedures.
WaveFloor brings VibraFloor’s patented reclaim technology to its assembly facility in Belle Plaine, Iowa. WaveFloor is a joint venture between VibraFloor and CFAB Global. CFAB Global handles North American installation, controls programming, and fabrication.
